The Mario Badescu Acne Repair Kit is the product line meant to repair past acne damage and reduce inflammation, breakouts, and otherwise that are occurring now. They claim it will clear whiteheads overnight while concealing blemishes as they heal and fighting more stubborn acne at the same point in time.
Pros
They do have multiple pieces such as a drying lotion, cream, and buffering lotion in general. These would ideally help you to achieve results, and they say that they don’t use irritants. But a 3 piece kit can more easily fit into your schedule than some more complicated and essentially speaking bigger kits in general.
Cons
They don’t actually have a cleanser, and using more lotions and moisturizers won’t necessarily do anything but clog the pores, especially if you don’t have a good cleanser. In addition, they don’t really have active acne fighting ingredients or for that matter a full ingredients list in general.
Summary
We would not recommend using the Mario Badescu Acne Repair Kit. It doesn’t give you the results you are looking for, and it can only realistically hurt your skin and otherwise make your acne worse. It would be a mistake to buy this kit and waste a considerable amount of money even though you may at first be fooled by its place on department store shelves.
