Perricone MD Skincare is a line of products developed by the infamous Dr Nicholas Perricone. They claim that it will get rid of acne, and many have developed a greater confidence in it just over the fact that it is developed by such a well known dermatologist and figurehead in general. After all, if he had any area of particular expertise, this would be it.
Pros
They do have some proven ingredients, which realistically they better have considering the name. They use ingredients such as green tea, salicylic acid, benzoyl peroxide, and aloe vera. These could help you to reduce acne and in the case of aloe vera heal and reduce inflamed skin in general.
Cons
They don’t have original ingredients. Frankly, these ingredients are used by everybody, and generally the cheaper products even use better and more effective concentrations than you will find in Perricone MD Skincare. The only difference is that you will actually pay more for Perricone MD Skincare products in general.
Summary
We would recommend avoiding Perricone MD Skincare. It doesn’t give you the results you are expecting at all, and it can actually hurt your skin due to some of the ingredients found in the mix. It is nothing more than ordinary, and you are only paying for the name. In fact, some would say you get a less effective product, especially considering what you are paying.
